Rachel's favorite part of her job is forming meaningful relationships with residents from all walks of life, learning their stories, and offering dependable, person-centered care. She is passionate about being a bridge between staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers-ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and every resident feels respected and supported.
Her main goal: To provide consistent, high-quality care while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment-because strong teamwork leads to better outcomes for our residents.
A proud Lawton, OK native, Rachel is the mother of three, a grandmother of two, and a pitbull mom. In her free time, she enjoys creating her own line of herbal hair products.
